刘斌，出生于拉让江畔。笔名有白奇、祁民、三、金
柬言等。受过华文中等教育。五十年代开始写小说、
诗歌。六十年代至八十年代为社会政治工作者。九十
年代后退隐政坛。出版<风里来、雨里去>、<悠悠岁
月中>、<红桥>(一)和(二)。
